Annual care plans provide technical service and support with complete system HOTSWAP coverage for all software/hardware systems. The plan covers components and remote phone assistance with internet access as needed. In the event that replacement parts or complete system replacement is required (after troubleshooting attempts are unsuccessful) NEXT DAY overnight shipment services will be utilized. We will ship the new or like-new components in exchange for the defective parts. Nautilus Medical will also provide UNLIMITED end-user training for all new employees or current staff members as needed. Virus protection software is recommended to prevent issues. Consult your IT department for brand preference and updates.

Nautilus Medical will also provide UNLIMITED end-user training for all new employees or current staff members as needed during the entire plan.
